At Tring, we strive to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable food and grocery delivery experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

a. Unexpected Delays

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time provided at the time of order confirmation, you may be eligible for a refund. "Significant delay" is defined as a delay of more than 60 minutes beyond the estimated delivery window.

b. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive an incorrect item that does not match what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.

2. Process for Refunds

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Customer Support

Reach out to our customer support team within  24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details regarding the issue (delay or incorrect item).

b. Return of Product

For refunds related to incorrect items, you must raise return request within 60 minutes of the order delivered time. Our team will guide you through the return process and if you are eligible for refund then your refund will be processed eithin 5-7 working days.

c. Approval of Refund

Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will process your refund. You will receive a notification confirming the approval of your refund.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the order is delivered on time as per the estimated delivery window.
  • If the product is not returned as per our return policy.
  • If the issue is reported outside of the specified timeframe.

5. Delivery Process

  • Order Preparation: Your order will be prepared by the restaurant partner.
  • Dispatch: Once ready, a delivery partner will pick up your order and head to your delivery address .
  • Delivery Confirmation: Upon arrival, the delivery partner will notify you, and your order will be handed over to you.
  • Maximum Delivery Time: Your order will be delivered in 3 hours from order confirmation.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

Tring reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our app and website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
