Tring provides a platform for customers to order food and groceries from restaurant partners and for delivery partners to fulfill those orders. By using our services, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update your account information as necessary.
By placing an order through our app or website, you agree to pay the total amount for your order, including delivery fees and applicable taxes. All orders are subject to availability.
Payments for orders are processed securely through our platform. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.
We strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. However, delivery times may vary based on factors such as traffic and restaurant preparation time.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within a specific timeframe (as detailed in our cancellation policy). Refunds may be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
Restaurant partners must pay a one-time onboarding fee of Rs. 1000, which will be deducted from their first payout. This fee covers the costs associated with setting up their account and integrating with our platform.
As a restaurant partner, you agree to provide accurate information about your menu, prices, and availability. You are responsible for preparing and packaging orders in a safe and hygienic manner.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety standards. Tring reserves the right to terminate your partnership if you fail to meet these requirements.
Delivery partners must register on our platform and provide necessary identification and documentation.
As a delivery partner, you are responsible for delivering orders promptly and in good condition. You must follow all safety regulations and maintain a professional demeanor while representing Tring.
Delivery partners will receive payments for completed deliveries, with the onboarding fee deducted from their first payout.
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Tring, including but not limited to the app, website, and branding, are owned by TTRING DELIVERY SERVICES PRIVATED LIMITED. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Tring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Tring reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our app and website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rohtak, Haryana.
